Very satisfied with experience at pandora. Will very much be visiting again. So happy with my purchase.

The jewelry I purchased has tarnished and will not get clean. I tried to exchange it for a new piece and could not. I also would like to see more inexpensive items.

The staff at store in New Orleans was very courteous and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Very friendly and complementary.

The Sales Associate was not very pleasant. She was very quiet and I've had to repeat myself because i wasn't sure if she didn't hear me or she was just ignoring me.

I wish there was a promotion so I could buy more. I would like some more earrings and rings. I don't make the time to really sit there and go through all the jewelry

I came to get a Birthday gift for my girlfriend who has cancer. You didn’t have the item I was looking at online in your inventory and I had to get something else I really was looking for tree of life dangling earrings please consider it thank you your friend Carolyn

They need to have more of a selection of Pandora pieces

I had to wait outside of the store for over 20 minutes because they were only allowing 3 people in the store. There was one customer in there the entire time. She should have been placed to the side while she was deciding on her purchase. If you are going to limit the number of customers to ensure that the ratio of customers to associates is equal; there should be more associates.
