The associate kept asking her coworkers to help identify charms she did know.

Not enough charm in store as on line.

I hate the long wait time just to get in and look around. We should be be to look before we enter. It will move quickly.

I had to wait outside store for over 20 minutes to shop. Did not have adequate inventory/sizes jewlery

I had a very bad experience with one of your associates in the past and I really didn’t want to shop there anymore but I went to the store this time because I ordered some items online and had to exchange it.

The selection of merchandise for the region is limited. Once you are locked in with the bracelet purchases. The availability of charms or not for everyone. The items searched on line indicates it is available in the store. Visit the store on the same day and the associate says it's not available. Pandora needs to have more available charms outside of Disney and Harry Potter.

My associate, Ashley was knowledgeable and friendly. The other associate in the store told me to not look in the cases, to go back to my spot and social distance from her. I felt she was rude.

You do not have enough of available staff to service customers. Therefore, it caiuses customers to stand in line too long to be serviced.
