They didn’t have a big selection of charms. I didn’t see anyone clean or wipe down counters.

I was not highly satisfied because my ring has already fallen off twice. So it must not be the correct size. Very sad because now I have lost it.

The inventory was very liw I came in from out of town looking to get a New Orleans charm they didn't have not one

I was looking to purchase the Moments double black leather bracelet, but was told it could not be sold due to being in inventory count, but come in the next day and they would sell to me. I drove over 2 hours to the store closest to me and this happened. I did purchase other items, but that was what I went for. Highly disappointed that I could not purchase, but nothing was listed on website about not able to purchase. I would have been better satisfied to have been told they were out than oh we have them, but can’t sell them.

The sales associate did not even know what items I was supposed to receive. She was giving me one charm instead of 2. The mother daughter charm goes together. Please teach her

I stood outside for about 5 minutes. One sales person was helping a guest and the other stood at the back counter. She wasn’t attentive to the line outside of the door. After waiting, I just walked in and then I was helped.

Selection wasn't that great. It was also hard to look at the charms because they were in multiple little things and the sales associate had to keep swapping them when I wanted to go back to the other one.
