My 1st experience was great. Aaliyah was AWESOME! She’s very knowledgeable of the merchandise. Easy to talk to and very friendly. It was my birthday and I was treating myself to a bracelet and charms. Let’s just say I’m in love with my bracelet. I went back the very next day with my fiancé so that he could purchase more charms. Oh boy what a difference a day can make. The 2nd experience wasn’t as pleasant as the 1st because my sales person was very dry. Never told me his name. He didn’t make any sales suggestions. He just handed me a book to look at. I almost told him I wanted to wait for Aaliyah to finish up her other transaction. But I won’t let that bad apple spoil it for me. Overall I love my bracelet and I’ll be requesting a sales person with better energy next time. Preferably Aaliyah!

The store don’t give the same discounts as online. Which I think they should because it’s the same product. I feel they should compare price with online prices.

The charm selection was not great. I didn’t have a lot to choose from. Online offers more than in the store. Only problem when I ordered online I received empty boxes.

Received my merchandise but when i went to wear my bracelet the next day it was actually damaged had to return it the following day.... wait in a long line i was actually disappointed with the purchase

I never received my receipt through my email but I will be calling them today to get it

I was asked what size I wanted. I replied with small. The guy said “Well, the sizes don’t work like that.” I explained that I wasn’t an expert nor had I ever been there before. He had attitude but overall, I asked him to educate me and he did.

The associate was very helpful. It was my first time purchasing jewelry, so I wasn’t too sure on the quality. The associate made it very clear that it will not tarnish.

I was highly satisfied with my experience, however, I can't return in 90 days because I live in Delaware and I was visiting New Orleans, LA

I brought new pendants a month ago they were add, but a few of my pendants were missing and I had to return.
