Because I was looking for a ring for my daughter and did not have her size in that particular style, but other than that we had a good experience.

1st visit saleslady showed me a few charms for the bracelet I purchased. 2nd visit/nxt day.. I was shown 3 trays full. I would.have purchased the day b4 if I had seen more of a selection.

I asked the sales to give me some polishing clothes after spending more than 500 dollars. They declined and ask me to purchase a cleaning kit. This is the first time I encountered during my shopping at Pandora.

I was not highly satisfied because I was not helped right away. I had to ask for assistance. But after I asked, I was ultimately satisfied with my assistance and purchase.

Pandora should offer guests a birthday discount, like Kendra Scott and Mignon Faget do...half of a charm, ring, or earrings, or half on any item up to $100...something!

A little slow at getting a sales representative. Sale representative was taking care of myself and another Customer. At check out sales representative informed me that my last purchase was not documented.

I was walking around the store with my toddler in the stroller, waiting to be assisted next. An employee comes back up front and helps the lady that came in after me.
