It was holiday time and store was extremely over crowded,I was not aware of a sign up sheet until being there 15 minutes and pushed back 4 people.

When I walked into the store, the staff at the counter did not acknowledge my presence or greet me. I was ignored for almost five minutes before an associate arrived from the back and helped me. Upon seeing me, she was polite and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the stock and was able to quickly help me find a charm to purchase.

I guess it was Christmas but, I had to wait 45 minutes to get service but overall my girl liked her ring.

Just the quality of the product. I have swapped out more then enough rings for stones falling out or discoloration of the product.

Because ofcthe exchange and repair policy. I purchased a 90.00 charm last Feb and about a month ago a piece broke off. When i asked what can be done i was told nothing can be done because i had it over 1yr. No we can repair nor we can exchange it. Just I'm sorry it's nothing we can do

My experience at Pandora was great. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was the amount of time I had to wait for a sales associate to assist me. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and offered me a variety of products to fit the occasion that I was shopping for.

I was not satisfied in the fact that as a credit card holder I would have loved to recieve the email about the sale but did not so I had no clue until the last hours left in the day of sale so everything I wanted was OUT OF STOCK . So i went in store the next day to get my sister her very first pandora and paid 80 for a bracelet that was onsale for 52
