Although the sales associate was friendly and greeted me right away she was not proactive in providing me information about charms or asking me what I might like. She also did not offer to let me try things on (I had to ask first) She also did not give me a bag or box for my purchase ( I had to ask for that too)

I walked in the store and was not greeted by a salesperson. After signing in I was eventually greeted by a sales person. I later discovered that I was not in the system under my name and the sales rep did try several times to find me. She then asked for assistance by a manager who was very disconnected and nonchalant. The manager on duty needs additional training when it comes to customer service.

I thought having the charm, March birthstone, in a cheap zip lock bag when showing show it to me was unprofessional considering the price point.

I'm highly satisfied on how beautiful.. my bracelet came together. Wanted one for a while.

They were out of the charms that I really wanted that's the only reason I'm not highly satisfied. Overall the experience was good! This was my first time purchasing a Pandora bracelet.

The wait is a bit long. I never knew about signing in until someone told me after I have been there for 15 minutes. The interaction with the sales assistant was just ask for something, pay, and then leave; there was no happy atmosphere really, all business like.

I was not satisfied because I came in store for the bracelet promotional ,I needed the letters Charm but was told you were out and to try in two weeks .

Sales associates at store was not pleasant associates with the exception of Ms. Tracey

The sale person help me....The quality of the product way nice....and Pandora always has a deal on there stuff

Because it was a holiday weekend, I think there should’ve been more assistants available. 4 assistants for Mother’s Day weekend was not enough with the amount of people waiting to be served. That would be my only gripe. Otherwise, professionalism and knowledge were on point👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
