Pandora Jewelry

I waited over an hour to be seen. Due to Mother’s Day a lot wasn’t available

It was a holiday so was too crowded and just 4 people.

My sales associate was great. We purchased two new charms and had my bracelet cleaned. Upon returning to the store, the store manager acted as if she didn't want to help and she had an attitude. She had an associate who was coming back from break to help us and she acted as if she didn't know what was going, granted the store manager didn't tell her. She though that the store manager was gonna give me my merchandise and put my new charms on the bracelet. The associate almost didn't put my new charms on the bracelet, I was like uhh could I have my new charms please. The staff needs to be more attentive and friendly. We may never shop this location again.

Went into store to purchase/replace two of my daughters rings that she lost. Didn't have one in stock and had the other. Came home went online to order the one the store did not have and unfortunately online its listed as out of stock.

Too many people in store with not enough help.

Not a lot to choose from. Need more options. Need more variety color of gems

I went to this partícular location a week before I actually made me purchas, and when I went in 2 associate were talking didn’t greet Me as I walked in. Then proceeded to stare at me awkwardly and made me feel Very uncomfortable! Then after I walked around the store one lady finally said something to Me! And at this time I told her that I was just looking and then I left! As I left the 2 associates were still staring at Me as if I done something wrong.

Love the store and always treat me kindly. I love the products.

The jewelry is tarnished already and it's less than a year old! For the price, the merchandise should be much more durable.

This is my first visit to Pandora store. I am satisfied with everything.
