Charms were out because of the holidays I’m assuming.

Took to long to see a sales person

Overall, my experience was pleasant; however, when I arrived there weren't any associates on the store's floor. A couple of customers were already there, then left. Another set of customers entered and left, all before two ladies came from the back, once who was obviously leaving (coat and purse) and another associate. The other associate who did see me, began doing something behind the counter and reading something, prior to asking if I needed assistance. When I told her I did, she came over and began helping me. I felt as though I was invisible. If this wasn't for a gift and my having limited time, I probably would have left and gone to Jared's to make my purchase.

I was told my wait to would be 20 minutes which turned into an hour and 15 minutes. People were walking in getting service and the ones waiting we just left waiting.

I shopped online so some do not apply. Satisfied overall but when a wake going on it always seems to run out of stock. Second time this has happened to me.

The charms are very expensive for silver jewelry.

Merchandise wasn’t available in the size I wanted, but overall everything else was available

The associates were very knowledgeable and, they showed me other items compatible to the items that one looking for

The sales associate was not very friendly initially I had to pull any type of communication from her.

The store was out of stock on some of the items I was looking for.
