I visited the store during a sale promotion. The store is naturally busy on a Saturday, but compounded with the sale it was chaos. The store was not fully or appropriately staffed for a sale.

The merchandise that I really wanted has been retired and my options for what I was looking for was limited. The bracelet I wanted was not in stock.

I was not greeted when I entered and the 4 people standing there acted like I was interrupting them. No one seemed at all interested in helping me. If I didn’t want a charm specific to my visit I would not have made my purchase at this store, but I was the only one within the radius.

The sales associates on the floor were great and went to get the manager because my bracelet broke. The manager comes out in less than 5 minutes and says there’s nothing that can be done and that it was snapped. I just wanted to know if the bracelet could be sent off for repairs. She was not very friendly so I didn’t say anything and will bring the bracelet to a local jeweler for repairs.

Yesterday made one year that I had my Pandora bracelet. My bracelet popped off of my arm on June 9 and I lost one of my charms. The manager did not change my bracelet. She said it was secured enough. I was not pleased.

The sales associate didn’t interact with myself & my mom at all. No interaction about our purchase, no communication received as we tried to make conversation.
