The staff don’t acknowledge my presence..They were more concerned about 20 minutes left to closing...When I specify that I want to see an item they were so nonchalant...I was very unpleased with a customer service ....

Alexa took her time to show me merchandise without rushing. Good customer service. She got also knowledge about the product selling. She also help me deciding what suit best on my bracelets since I asked for her opinion.

Only two associates In the store wait time was over 45 mins.

I was skipped over when my name was next on the listed. They were very apologetic about it.

Waited for about 30 min for help , only 3 or 4 associates with about 15 customers who needed help.

The associate wasn't very attentive, there was very little conversation. It seems like all of the associates were in a rush to complete the same in order to go to the next customer. This is not my typical of my experience at Pandora. Usually, I end up buying much more than what I came in for. Oh well, her lost.

Thy don't give me a space to look and freely move a round n have my time to the purchase

My daughter purchased a bracelet on last Saturday and we put the charms on and the bracelet fell off!! So we put it back together and it fell off again!! So on yesterday we try to bring it back and the salesperson said it wasn’t a manufacture problem so we couldn’t exchange it or get the money back so I had to buy a new bracelet.

There was no line outside store so I walked in. They literally yelled at me to get out and wait. Insulting. Rude. Sales person acted like she was doing me a favor.

The sales associate was not very friendly or helpful. It was like pulling teeth. I had to view jewelry in the show case select one piece at a time before she would pull it out for me to see. I spend 90.00 and she did not make me aware there was a special on. I read it on a sign outside of store after I was leaving. So I was not given the opportunity to meet the 135.00 for special offer of a gift. I was going to buy two rings for a total on 160.00 plus tax. But merchandise was some limited in my size 10 or 11.
