My visit to Pandora located in Lakeside Mall was horrible. As I walked in there was no welcome greeting from not one associate or the manager there. I visit the store on July 27, 2022 at 6pm. I was waiting maybe 20 minutes when two young ladies walked and walked to the back of the store where an associate was helping another customer, the associate which was the Hispanic associate with her hair in a ponytail stop helping the customer she was helping to help the two young ladies that walked into the store AFTER me. I proceeded to inform the associated I was here before the two young ladies but she shoot me off as though what I was say wasn’t important. The manager step in and said she would address the associate but not on the sales floor but the manager witnessed the whole situation. I’ve shopped at this location before and has never experienced such horrible customer service. The young ladies after me shouldn’t been serviced before me or anything other customer at all. They should been told there is a line and you have to wait your turn because there was a line. Her rudeness as an associate is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The staff aren’t friendly . I had to wait outside for 10 mins so as I waited I started placing items in my cart to do an online order. When I got inside, the sales rep said oh if you’re trying to do an instore pickup order it’ll take hours for it to be ready, which I didn’t understand. The sales rep was very dry & not welcoming by any means. I’ve never experienced this before while shopping at pandora. I inquired about a bracelet for myself which would be my second one but due to the unfriendliness of the staff I opted not to purchase anything else.

We had to explain to the sales associate that we could not see the charms. She stated she could not lay the charms for us to get a closer view, so basically she didn't care if we could see them or not. I td her what I wanted and she never suggested anything. I had to walk away and find something on my own. Customer service was horrible!!!

The store did not have a lot of items to choose from. The only items that were shown or the sales person stated that they had were $40 and up.

Purchased item online through Paypal for instore pick up which is 30 miles away from my house. Store would not take product back because it was a paypal purchase. Told me I had to call customer service, get an approval, a box, return label, and then go to send it off myself. This is not made aware at time of original purchase, unless it is in small print that no one can see. Poor customer service. Will not purchase online again, but then am limited as to what I would buy as the store is usually low on stock.

The manager was out of sight. Every time I had a question about the product, which was a ring, the sales associate had to go to the back asked the question and then come back and answer it for me. Every time I needed a different size to Tryon she needed to go to the back to get that size. It was pretty exhausting.

Neither sales ladies were friendly...5 of my friends went to purchase and staff just were not friendly to any of us.

Trying to buy a charm and a group on women walked in screaming and yelling at each other. No sales associate told them to be quiet or anything. Just let them carry on. I had a hard time heading what my associate was saying. It took the lady in the back 5 + mins to wait on me she was on her phone. I was just trying to buy my charm and leave due to not feeling good.
