I was greeted almost immediately upon entering the store. However once I told the sales associate what I was looking for she began to pull charms “she thought I’d like” I became irritated as I felt she wasn’t listening to what I was in need of. So I stopped her and made it very clear to her that I was adamant about what I wanted. As she begin to pull the trays w/ the charms I asked for- she became less interested in my needs as I felt she began to rush me on making a decision in which charms I was purchasing, She kept asking “just these 2” when I originally went in to purchase 2 charms and 2 spacers, as it was my moms 57th bday and I was starting her bracelet. This was a very bad experience, and my 1st bad experience at the store. Sad to say I left with 1 charm and 1 spacer because my patience with the sales associate became very short!

The sales personnel were rude and not helpful.

I was visiting this Pandora in New Orleans from Seattle. I Was expecting more than two unique charms that were from New Orleans. Please create more unique charms that say or mean New Orleans.

I went to Pandora for a graduation ring charm. You would think that is a very popular charm to have . Very disappointed they did not have an appropriate charm for this occasion. I had to buy a blank disk charm and have it engraved for the occasion. Cost an extra 40.00 Not the first time this has happened. Sorry I chose Pandora to do a memory bracelet for my grandchild.

Everything I wanted to purchase at the Lakeside (Metairie, La.)store was completely out of. The stock was severely low.

The sale lady was so friendly, she was in a hurry and rude while talking my husband almost left the store from her attitude.

It was the last day of a promotional and it was only 2 sale associate and I got there appox. 7:30pm. Didn't mind the wait because I wanted to purchase it for my daughter and I. Casey A. approach us with a unfriendly attitude, she appeared mad, & unconcern, several times I started to leave. I wanted to see several of the rope she threw them on the counter, then I ask to see different charms and was asking the price. She was not helpful and I felt rush. I'm sure she was probably upset because it was close to closing by now and want to leave. Did not like her unfriendly attiude.

The salesperson was knowledgeable of the products but was not courteous at all. She never smiled and may no effort to make me feel welcomed to the store. After the transaction was completed I thanked her BUT SHE NEVER THANKED ME. ONE OF HER FELLOW EMPLOYEES WISHED ME A GOOD DAY. THIS CAUSED ME TO TURN AROUND AND THANK HER. in turn, I made the remake that : I wonderful if your fellow associate even appreciated my purchases. I left the store very hurt and unappreciated. After getting in my vehicle, I called the store and reported the incident to the store manager. The experience was a “ slap in the face”.

Beautiful pieces BUT THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR CHARM BROKE N BRACELET THAT WAS JUST PURCHASE IN AUG

I went in there to get a free bracelet when I seen the promo sign about being a Pandora member and was going to spend $135 plus, then they tried to force me to get a credit card, when I am a great member of Pandora, they refused to let me spend $135 to get the free bracelet. They were not being a good associate at all.
