totally dissatisfied. Never got merchandise originally came in store for. Supervisor wasnt pleasant at all. Did nothing to make me as a customer happy at all.

The agent was really rude and to tell you the truth maybe racist. I went with a friend that spoke Spanish and I was helping her with her purchase. I do believe she thought we were not going to buy anything. I recommended this friend Pandora because I like the products and I like to purchase in store because you can see the products and try them. The agent didn't want to show us anything and we were going to buy two necklaces and to pendants. At the end we only bought the necklaces and one pendant because she didn't show us one appropriate for a little girl. And when we were leaving the store we saw way more. She really showed us she wasn't interested in selling.

The sales rep was very rude and we felt rush and her body language says it all.I can see her be angry or upset with her mask on. I had my children with me also and they felt that vibe.It's underfair how she handle us as a customer. We was in there for less then 15 minutes or shorter.

First of all the associate I had to help was annoyed at me browsing and sighed alot. She also started slamming doors when I asked to see something. I felt trapped bc I could only look in one section of the store probably due to covid, but bc of her I made an impulse buy to get out of her hair so I will be returning just to exchange I will not go again.

The salesperson was rude. She ask me for the original receipt which I gave to her. She said it wasn't scanning. Well that's not my fault. She didn't want to take my return. I ask her what did she want me to do about it? She said again she needed the original receipt. I said I didn't understand that is the original. I asked her to look up my transaction with my email and she didn't. I told her I shop a lot at the store and everything is recorded on my purchase history and she just ignored me. She scanned the receipt again and it worked. She gave me my money back I said Thanks and she didn't respond. Very rude! I won't be shopping at pandora again. Lakeside mall in Louisiana.

The sales associate was extremely unfriendly and seemed to be bothered. I asked to see some rings and his attitude made me almost leave. I was going to get a third ring but I wanted to leave because of him.

Sales associate: Lisa L. I understand that social distancing is in place, so the wait time is beyond a sales associates control. However, after being called into the store after a 40 min wait, our service was less than stellar. I told Lisa that I was looking for a charm to add to my bracelet. While I also understand that the selection of charms is beyond an associates control, Lisa was not at all helpful. I told her I wanted a charm that resembled new orleans or had the words new orleans.I Also told her that I was interested in a rose gold charm. She asked me if I knew what I was looking for,I answered no. She stated that she would have to pull out all of the trays. I said ok. She proceeded to ring up the one charm that I had selected without pulling out the rose gold charms. When she asked if there was anything else, I said "well, I guess if I can't see the rose gold charms, that is it".This was very rude and also resulted in less of a sale for the store. I feel that she was not happy to be there and was trying to rush us out of the store. There were several other customers that received way more time that what we took up, which was maybe 5 minutes.

Sales person was not friendly AT ALL, he didn’t recommend anything to me I didn’t even know about the credit card I would’ve loved to sign up.

I went into Pandora today on my lunch break, I read the sign that said 1 sales associate per customer and they had 1 customer already occupied with a sales associate. I saw a sales associate in the back so I walked in she met me at the counter and I showed her exactly what I was looking for. She was not very nice or friendly. Didn’t seem to try and help me too much just seemed she wanted me out of there. I told her my size she handed me a 6 I told her it was too tight and she ended up giving me the size I requested in the beginning. It seems that because I requested a (7) and that is normally most “displays” she didn’t want to take it out of the display. I asked to see another ring for my mom she seems annoyed. Said very few words to me. Wasn’t friendly at all. As if I was interrupting her with whatever was more important. If that how you’re going to treat customers maybe dealing with customers face to face isn’t for her. Last I checked I am a customer, when you want business and a repeat customer you treat them well to make them want to come back.Needless to say I will not Be returning

The sales associate was rude. She didn't want to place my order online. I told her thank you when she gave me my receipt and she walk off.
