My bracelet keeps piping open and I have lost a few charms. The sales lady exchanged it for a new one and after I purchased a few more items when I went to leave she demanded I give the new bracelet back because I had not purchased it at that Pandora store. I collect Pandora jewelry when I travel and don’t plan on returning to a past vacation destinations when my jewelry is poorly made. A Pandora item which fails should be exchangeable at any local Pandora location or Pandora should have some sort on warranty registration system where by all purchases from any Pandora location can be pulled up by any Pandora sales associate. I can not exchange my defective bracelet without returning to the Pandora location almost 3000 miles from where I live is a tricky way of cheating customers and once a customer realizes this they will stop purchasing Pandora jewelry when they travel Glad to discuss. 504 301 8440

The Sales Associate rushed me to make my decision. I will just be ordering online, moving forward. She did not even inform me of the promotions that were taking place in the store.
