I came in the store and sales rep came to me but I let her know that I am deaf. She right away went got paper and pen to communicate with me, took her time to show me most of merchandise, even gave me her suggestions which is awesome service for me to experience!

I had an issue with my pandora bracelet chain and since there is no repair policy, I just decided to buy a new chain. However, a charm I had on my old bracelet was worn down and would not come off or go on smoothly, preventing the store associate from switching my old charms to my new bracelet. However, the associate tried her hardest to help get it off without having to resort to extreme measures. She inspected it throughly, went to the back to try to clean it, and attempted to use water to get it off but when it would not work she cut it and gave me a cute box to put the charm and retired bracelet in.

I live out of state so was just visiting. Won't be back in town within the next 90 days.

The staff were phenomenal!
