Pandora Jewelry

I really like Pandora selection and wear most of my jewellery from them. Prices seem to increase every time I shop and it’s a little inconvenient!

I found what I needed (and more). A kind store clerk offered to clean my bracelet free. She also removed the charms from my old bracelet as I was dividing them between granddaughters. I purchased 2 new bracelets and 2 clips. In recent weeks two free offers: wristlet and buy 2 get one free had apparently expired. I was offered no free gift for my purchase.

I was disappointed that they couldn’t get the charm off and my braclet had to be cut

I was quoted a price on a charm and when I returned to purchase the charm the price was $20 more. The mgr gave me 10% off but that did not equal the $20 difference in price. I made two trips to get an accurate total and it wasn’t accurate at all.

Seemed short staffed for a Mother’s Day. Long line outside the store.

I came purchased 2 charms brung one charm back next day two exchange for another one I’m not sure she knew wat she was doin with transaction. She made me purchase the charm I was exchange the one for and never credit me for charm I returned so I double paid but one sales reps took my name number said she would call me and check it out

I did not get the promotional gift bracelet . I spent 250 dollars . I was disappointed. They had run out 2 days prior .

The store was clean. It was easy to shop and get help. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The store was clean. The customer service was good. And staff was friendly.

1) salesman need knowledge of product. 2) a lot of pieces needed cleaning (tarnished) 3) didn’t have a cleaning cloth for me. 4) no bags or gift wrapping.
