The associate didn’t know she had the merchandise I needed to exchange out. Without looking first , she automatically told me I need to call customer service to get an exchange; and come back at a later date. Only after I got online to check inventory myself; then she looks and finds exactly what I needed. So if I hadn’t checked I would have needed to return a second time.

I bought two rings for my nieces, a 12 and 13 year old. Both rings were out in same gift bag. Asked the sales associate for another bag and she asked, aren’t you going to wrap them anyway? Why wouldn’t she want to give me another bag. Then I had to ask for the paper that goes in the bags. I got one piece each. In the last, Pandora has wrapped the boxes at Christmas time and then again and paper we’re very pretty. It felt like it was an imposition to even ask for another bag or paper. The boxes the rings come in now feel Very cheap as well compared to the past.

I was very satisfied with my experience so much that i have made three trips into the store this week and purchased on all 3 visits.

I felt racially profiled and that the staff was fearful of me taking merchandise, it was very offensive

Worker didn't have enough knowledge of product. Manger had to come and take over sales, wasn't offered a cleaning of our product that was purchased in the passed.

There were a lot of people in the store and being able to see the various products was somewhat difficult. One of the items I specifically came in for was not in stock.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience due to pandemic and restrictions mandated with the pandemic. We had to wait at the door until allowed to go in; and seemed like we were not able to walk about freely as previously. Not a big issue, just can't wait until shopping begins to normalize again.

Rarely do I give Highly Satisfied to any company. Lack of what I was looking for. Visiting from out of town.
