I love the customer service

There was not very many charms to pick from. I’m sure it was due to it just being Christmas. But still there should always be plenty. But the ladies there are absolutely wonderful! I drive 3 hours each visit to go to that store to make my purchases

saleswomans' knowledge (not) of charms available. lack of interest in making a sale. problem with finding my info in your "system"

I was very satisfied with the assistance provided by Ms Joyce. She took the time to explain all the things and charms.

The sales associate took a long time locating the charm I wanted and couldn’t find it in the book to ring up.

The wait time to get into the store and how tight the store is. Bigger store would allow more in and not feel so close to others

There is always room for improvement on price, how much merchandise is in stock of store.

We purchased 2 beads one as a birthday gift and the other as a Christmas gift. Both beads were wrapped together and they were for 2 different individuals. Although beautiful wrapped. The language of the clerk made it even harder to understand her as well with her mask on.
