Was in the store for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Only one clerk said hello, had to leave to look elsewhere but came back due to minimal selections.

We had a gift that we received in February, it was purchased in January unbeknownst to us. Due to corona, we stopped leaving our home the beginning of March but they were unable to help us. The item had never been worn or removed from the box

I was highly disappointed that the glass charms are not stocked anymore since that is what I was looking for specifically . We did buy a camper van charm however .

Not everyone at the location is very friendly. No one seemed too strict on the COVID rules and regulations. Other than that, the experience was good.

Items available for the occasion were ok (hard to read the inscription Lack of compassion with the presentation of the experience. I brought 2 potential first time Pandora buyers (one purchased items bc of my push) We held off on spending addtl money bc of previous customer service from another jewelry store a few doors down. We then returned to that other store and spent more money One example about the Pandora experience that is critical to me. The two other people shopping and myself were given no business card with a name as item Numbers written down for future purchases should we return or want to share with others to surprise as gift giving. The experience wasn’t bad but thank goodness they two had me or the two items purchased would have never happened. Subpar customer service. There were a few things that happened which I felt good about. Although I thought about going to Jared’s if time permitted bc of future quality customer service for Pandora items purchased.

The limited edition Harry Potter bracelet was unavailable. I was able to see it online, but would’ve preferred the staff to be able to order it for me and ship it to me. I would’ve liked to have paid for everything in one transaction instead of having to make a second purchase online.

Store was very busy. Had a hard time when I asked about store exclusive. She was very friendly and helpful.
