The store was not busy at 9 am but had to wait for help. Clerks were busy doing other tasks. Not sure if I was actually greeted.

More accessible display cases with description and pricing of items would make the visit inside the store more productive. I definitely like the different display ideas as this is what caught my eye. Listing out what the products are in the display and pricing would benefit me more. Otherwise I have to take the time to speak with an assistant and during the holiday season this required getting back on the list as I was browsing while my husband paid for a Christmas item for his mother. I did not get back in line...Likely lost sale.

The selection of beads was very limited.

The charm is very small. I was told online that the store did not have an item I wanted, so I ordered it online, and then when I got to the store they had that item in stock. But, i had already ordered it so now I have to wait for it to come by mail.

I was very highly satisfied would have customer service in her ability with the product I was purchasing in her world Manor in serving me

I could not return a charm because it had been retired. It was not retired when I bought it so I don’t understand why it could not be traded out.

All sales personnel were congregating to chat with an exception of one with a hijab. She was most attentive and helpful. The others weren’t bad not chatting among associates (4) doesn’t look too good. An associate who gift wrapped my purchase was nice.
