The customer service was good.

Product unavailable. No offer to order or help find via Pandora. Directed me to Reed’s or Jared. I ordered 2 of the item I was looking for online from Reed’s. I did purchase one item in the Pandora store on this visit.

Overpriced charms & no loyalty program for repeat customers.

Last day of "sale". So merchandise was select.

Sales assiciate was not fully knowledgeable of the products.

Although there was several sales associates working, the store was very busy which resulted in about a 15-20 minute wait to be checked out.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable, asked about Christmas charms and she showed us 2. Her English wasn’t well, so questions weren’t answered. Usually they offer to clean my bracelets, and she didn’t even offer.

I love the charts but I think some are very overly priced. My daughter has a Pandora bracelet and I wanted to get her a charm but you do make more affordable pieces to choose from. Everything I wanted was close to $100.00 and for that amount of money, I could buy her 2-3 presents instead of just one. I would recommend you make pieces for people that have budget restrictions. Other than that, my visit was great.

I love the ring but it still is too big for my finger and the next smaller size is too small.

Customer service was great the selection was very good and everyone was so helpful store was well arranged
