I don't know what would change my experience from satisfied to highly satisfied. All my expectations were met. I went into the store with ideas about what I wanted. The salesperson knew the merchandise and showed me options regarding what was available. As a customer that is what I expect. If the staff is not welcoming and friendly and they aren't familiar with the merchandise I would leave and shop somewhere else. I can't think of anything the salesperson could have done differently. I have shopped there before and I will shop there again.

After punching a bracelet and 9 charms, by daughter was about to begin her purchase. The sales person was going to hand us off to another clerk. We were already comfortable with the clerk we were using and didn’t want to change so we left the store and didn’t buy the additional 3-6 charms we were planning to buy.

I went and had to wait for assistance for at least 20 minutes. Finally got help, and then they left again before I could see the ring I requested. When I ended up getting help and making a purchase, the entire ordeal lasted a little over an hour. Three people do not need to be helping one customer, as that is why I had no one helping me.

There weren’t enough staff to accommodate the flow of people in the store due to the sale. Therefore the wait was a little longer. I didn’t have my pandora credit card with me, so I was told when trying to access it, that it was closed. Yet after several more attempts & my return to the store, it was determined to be an active account.
