Even though I like PANDORA items I feel like they are expensive but I decided to give it a try for the first time.

I made my first time ever purchase on Wednesday and didn’t know anything about your jewelry. My sales associate was helpful, but didn’t show me everything I needed for my new bracelet. I returned on Thursday to purchase two clips s that the first two didn’t go all the way around my bangle. I felt like I was pushed and was not shown all that should have been shown on my second visit.

There were 6 employees in the store and no one came to help me. I had to ask for assistance.

I ordered two rings 2 weeks before Christmas and they never came in.....sad granddaughter so I took her in to purchase something else. Very satisfied with salesperson, very sweet! My granddaughter also has a bracelet that was purchased last Dec.2 and the stone is loose. I guess warranty is only 1 year and it was so close....I feel it should have been replaced considering all the purchases her whole family has made and problems with special order. The whole ordeal left me wondering why she wants anything from Pandora and I feel the bracelet should have been replaced! Sometimes rules can be stretched and they should have been!!!

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because of the friendly associates and atmosphere. This was my first time purchasing from Pandora and I loved it. I will for sure be returning.

Part of the issue is that it’s Christmas so the store was really crowded, the staff just seemed tired and annoyed. Hopefully after the holiday they are well rested and happy to be at work.

The reason I had to visit a retail store was due to the unavailability of a specific charm I ordered on-line. I order 3 charms and 1 was not available on-line. I visited the store and the item was in stock and I purchased the charm (dog-on-stick). So that cost me several $ in travel expense and the time allocation. The sales staff were very friendly and even sold me another charm.

It was just so crowded. There wasn't room to move. But I guess that is to be expected so close to Christmas

sales associate was very nice and helpful ,she made it easy to make a selection she was heads above other stores i've been in.
