There was a free gift promo of $65 if u spent $100 I spent $874.50 did not receive gift. near the end of sale I reminded associate, everyone was helping me spend 875. no one was willing to bring the tray of free gift choices. Im not one to buy just to get a gift. so I just left without it, needed to get somewhere. I called the store today, & explained, manager apologized and im going back in tomorrow to get the gift. its not that I even want something that bad it was just wrong to offer it so forceful at the beginning to get u to spend 100 and then after spending 874.50 they brushed it off even after I asked. but I am confident it will be fine. on the other hand the staff was very knowledgable about the inventory and built a beautiful bracelet for me

5 of the Pandora charms were "retired" that I wanted to buy for Christmas presents. Nothing was available to replace them-horses, football, volleyball, Ky with horse, and wine. Nurse will be available in the future.

The associate was new so she did not know where the products I wanted were, it she was very friendly. I came there often, other time there was another associate. I understand her job is to sell products but the way she did was too pushy, trying to persuade me to buy charms and I did not like that.

The sales associate cleaned my bracelets without taking my wooden charm off of my bracelet, or asking me to. Upon return of my bracelets, the finish on my wooden bead was peeling. When I pointed it out to the associate, she immediately got her manager who told me to paint clear nail polish on the bead because the bead is no longer available. She did offer to exchange it for another bead, but was reluctant to to offer any assistance in another way to rectify the situation. The manager also stated that she does not allow the associates to remove the charms for cleaning, but a month before I was in the same store with an associate removing the same wooden bead without any problems. Therefore, the mangers statement was not congruent with the actions taken in a prior visit and she was almost argumentative when I attempted to describe my experience before. We have made many visits to this store and left completely satisfied until today's visit.

I am not satisfied because the woman helping me immediately took my Pandora bracelet off without asking. I am go with the flow kind of woman so I let her do it she was quit rough with it and swung it around a lot in her hand. She was treating it as if it were not worth hundreds of dollars. Then when she was cleaning it I was just hoping she was not messing it up nor being too rough with it like it looked like she was. The woman at this store was quite old. I wish one of the many women working whom were younger would’ve taken me under their wing. I was so nervous for the maybe ten minutes I was there! If I ever again at least now I know NEVER to take my bracelet off and to just tell the workers I am just looking around.

I was unable to understand the sales associate that was suppose to be helping me, she was not speaking loudly enough for me to hear over her mask & that was once I finally was helped after waiting. 4 sales associates were assisting ONE customer who was checking out. They were helping but having causal conversation. There was no eagerness to help me.
