Had an issue with my online purchase before going to the store. The first agent I spoke with was extremely rude and disconnected the chat before I was finished typing. She made me want to cancel my order completely with Pandora.

It was this particular sales associate that made my experience “odd” I would shop at this location again if this associate wasn’t helping me. She made my daughter and I uncomfortable. Normally I wouldn’t even do a survey, when Joyce asked me to, I jumped to the opportunity.

Person that waited in is didn’t know price of item originally told us $65 but then $75 then $85! Very rude when I questioned why price increase.

Store is to small. Employees were there working, not trying to connect with the customer. Had to wait to even see an associate because the store was so full. Waiting in line to shop and spend money in a store is not great customer service. This is the only pandora store in my community so of course I’ll have to go back.

Had to wait for 45 minutes to purchase a single charm that I already knew I wanted. Total transaction time after I was waited on was less than 5 minutes. Need an express line for short transactions.

This is at least the second or third time I have bought merchandise at Pandora with the promise of the promotion that if you spend X amount of dollars on merchandise that the customer would receive an ornament/bracelet/etc. It is very disappointing when you show up at a store and spend over $200 or $300 each trip minimum and you are told that they have given out all of the promotional items. On all these occasions, they acted like it was no big deal. An oh well shrug, that’s just the way it is. If you go back and look at how much money I’ve spent over the years. It is a big deal to me. Very disappointing

The earring backs were tarnished. I showed the worker and he said he’d take them in back and clean them. He brought them back in the box and I didn’t get to inspect them. When I got them out to look at them they were still tarnished. I had to clean them when I got them home.

Two very young girl had no professional ability at all. A older lady stood it in back just watching who worked there. Did not offer to put charm on. Did not bring tray out for me to look at different charms had me look in a box. No thank You was given. Worst service I had ever and I have plenty of charms and the standard of this store was a BIG let down.
