I asked the lady about military discount and she said they would add it to my order. I didn’t think anything of it but I got all the way home and there was no discount. I will be taking this back because I deserve my military discount.

I told the lady exactly what I wanted because I was in a hurry and she kept trying to sell me other bracelets. She was very slow as well.

The sales staff every time I'm in this store is so rude. They are annoyed when I want to try on rings. They know nothing about their product. And are just hateful all around.

Store manager is rude and short when asking questions….

I had a bracelet break and they refused to replace it....I spend alo of money and usually don't have a problem but she gave me corporate and told me to call. Really

Joyce has been with this Pandora store for a long time. Her knowledge of the product would say otherwise. I have told previous store managers that I do not wish to have her wait on me due to this. She is a very nice lady but lacks product knowledge. I work retail as a side job (career as a nurse) at a similar store in the mall. I am required to have knowledge of all products even as a very part time staff member. She had to have assistance with everything we asked/did. With past promotions, I have been allowed to change/upgrade the bracelet. I earned 3 bracelets on this one purchase. When I asked her about doing this, she said she really didn’t know. I explained I had been allowed numerous other occasions and she didn’t bother to ask the manager. Again she just said, I don’t know. I now have 3 bracelets that I won’t purchase beads for. The bracelet hinge is terribly flawed.....it is set up to snag all clothing that gets near it. Really, wings??? Setup to catch on everything . Why purchase beads for them? If I had other bracelets. I would love to fill them up!!!! Not these

I went To the store in the mall again because there was a woman that helped us the other day and she was extremely helpful and nice and she showed us everything and was patient and helpful but when I went yesterday the girl was not eager to help at all she didn’t know anything and I asked her to put a letter on each box so I knew which one was which she did not do that and she didn’t give me my receipt after I asked her to put it in my bag and she was just extremely rude and rushed us and didn’t show me the selection she was just worried about getting me out. The only reason why I continue shopping was because this is what my dad wanted us to get and I needed it but if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t have stayed

I wanted to return an item and I could not exchange or return it.

Asked for military discount which has been honored at every Pandora except this one.

Came in looking for a basketball or cheerleading charm and no longer carry. Sports charms are very common and disappointed in them being discontinued. These are charms that people will always have an interest in purchasing. Since not able to get one of the other charms was interested in a Louisville charm and not many received in Lexington and they were sold out. I had to drive to Louisville an hour away to get the Louisville charms.
