STORE ASSOCIATE UN FRIENDLY WOULD NOT GO ON COMPUTER TO SEE WHAT I HAD PURCHASED IN THE PAST RETURNED TO THIS STORE TWICE ON THE SAME DAY WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE

The ladies just stood around waiting for one lady to help all the customers. I just wanted to buy the charm and leave, it took much longer than it should have because after the waiting they insisted on putting the charm on my bracelet.

I wish the sales associates would familiarize themselves with Pandora online store and not question me, like I am making things up to them. Even after I showed them the items and the price in question, the sales associate had to mock me by announcing the price difference to the entire staff, while mocking me and the Pandora website. If the stores are independent from the online store, it should be stated clearly. I do not like to be mocked like I am stealing food form that particular associates kids. Especially when the price difference in question was only $10. On top of that, I ended up purchasing the item at a higher price, just to have this associate refuse to give me a box and a gift bag. I nearly had to beg for it. This is my wife's favorite store and after this experience, I feel like only buying online or from 3rd party (eBay).

Purchase took way too long. Gifts were not wrapped as I asked. Polishing cloth was not given tome

Did not have a selection of orange color. My grandson has developed leukemia and the color is orange. Wanted to do several bracelets

The sales associate was very pushy. I couldn’t look at anything for pushing things in my face and pressuring me to buy something. I have four bracelets and pretty much know what I’m interested in. She kept telling me everything is retiring.

I asked to see the newest charms. There are no longer presented in a tray. The associate removed one or two and I had to refer to the small catalog to indicate the new charms I wished to see. I normally purchase multiple charms, however, her lack of knowledge and assistance was extremely frustrating. I doubt I will return to this location.

I went to get a granddaughter a charm for graduation. This store didn't have the charm with 2018 on it. The sales person didn't act as if she cared if we were there or not. Not very helpful. I only bought 3 charms. I really don't think it would have made any difference if I would have bought out the whole store. Will go to Louisville store from now on!!!!!

Sales associates were very rude. I came in to exchange a ring the my partner gave me for Valentine's day the very next day. The ring was too small for me, which was my original reason for return, but upon further inspection I noticed it was bent and very obviously worn previously, something that he would have not noticed at time of purchase. I was the only customer in the store, and when I walked in 6 sales associates were just standing around. No one offered to help me until I asked. 3 associates then proceeded to be very rude towards me, speak to each other as if I was not there, and making me uncomfortable. They did not seem concerned about my issue with my purchase, and almost made it seem as if I had stolen it or was in the wrong, even though I had proof of purchase: my receipt, box and bag. The associate that personally handled my return was friendly enough, but the two other associates that helped, one whom I know was a manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional.
