The sales staff didn't seem to want to show us sets or anything we really asked for. We still made a purchase. Although we asked for gift boxes we were only given one for the bracelet and not the charms. Everything was crammed in one box. (This was a Valentines gift). When the bracelet was recieved she was ready to put it in and saw a bend in the bracelet side clasp. She will not ware the bracelet until I exchange it. Based on this trip alone at this location I am not sure I would purchase gifts there again. This was a big let down expecially considering all my male Co-workers have raved about how great this place is for gift giving.

Merchandise was not in stock. This is the second time in 6 months I could not purchase desired products

This is the only time I have been unhappy with my visit at this Pandora store. I go once a year around Christmas to treat myself to a new charm. There were plenty of associates but only a few appeared to know the merchandise and they couldn't help me because the less experienced got to me first? Then I was told the store was closing so I left without buying anything when actually the store stayed open for another hour. No one made an effort to stop me once I left the store and they realized they were staying open. So I stopped back in on my way out of the mall and made my purchase. But they made me feel like I was a nuisance rather than a customer.

I entered the Lexington, Kentucky store with my sister. I told the clerk I was looking for a birthday present and was looking for a charm between $35-45. She didn’t offer any charms in that range and I kept picking out $65-90 charms. My sister finally found some and your clerk said they were spacers. They were not. I have a bracelet, my sister has a bracelet and necklace and my niece that I was buying for has a bracelet and necklace. I know what a spacer is. After I made my choice my sister bought a charm as a Christmas gift. The clerk insisted we put the two together when paying as it would look better for her. She made me feel like my $45 charm was not worth her time and if I wasn’t spending at least $100 she was interested in the sale. If this is the attitude that you instill in your sales people, I won’t be back in that store. Shy Bradley

I came in to exchange a christmas gift I already owned. I was wearing the charm when I came in with the gift in its Pandora bag and in the original box. I was treated like I was trying to scam the store. The associates huddled together trying to find my receipt online and said they would do nothing if the receipt could not be found. This was a GIFT. Thankfully they found the receipt in their records or I would have been stuck with two sets of the same charms. I have four bracelets and 80 charms and this has soured me on ever buying more.

The manager at the branch (Abby) was very rude and unprofessional, seemed to me judgmental and had discrimination towards the way I dressed or looked. Regardless or the issue I had. I very much visit Pandora every 2 months and spent a good sum of money but I will no longer support this brand due this treatment!

I received a Pandora credit card last year and have used this card throughout the year and made scheduled payments regularly. As my wife and I were shopping in the mall I checked my balance and it said my account was closed. Although I've made regular payments and only had a balance of $2.37 yes under three dollars. When contacting customer service as to why my account was closed I was informed that my credit score had dropped and they closed my account. Now isn't what I was doing is building credit? Did I not have a good standing with you. Maybe something went wrong with my credit score but if my standing is good with you then why?

They overcharged me and before they scanned it I even verified the price of the charm I was actually getting and the sales associate still overcharged. I still have not received my money in the bank. I will not be coming back.

The Black Friday deals are great but if I go in on a Sunday and and see the sign for Friday but have to wait until Friday to get the deal. Doing this on every Friday could make it difficult for customer to want to come back to purchase or even pick up then. I’m highly disappointed that it’s just not everyday instead of just on Fridays. I asked if I could just get the discount that day instead of waiting until Friday and the the associate said that I could do that but couldn’t pick it up until Friday. Well that’s just plan ridiculous to make another trip out to do that. Instead of my wife wanting something from there for our next anniversary I will tell her not to look there and look somewhere else. Not a happy customer when my wife has three full bracelets from there and now starting on the 4th. Maybe a while before that one fills up now.
