Tengo una pulsera el cual fue un regalo de mi niño y se puso muy amarilla el cual yo fui ala tienda pa decirles la vendedora es muy amable la limpiaron pero no queda bien y yo pedí si la podían cambiar y la manager se negó yo estoy pidiendo un cambio porque tengo garantía pero pienso que es racismo por parte de la manager por ser yo hispano

I had to wait an hour before being able to shop. My name was put on a list and I knew exactly what I wanted and had to wait to check out. A lady then walked in and said she was a VIP member and was helped on the spot. I was not the only one who had to wait this long to shop. I then went online to pandora to write a complaint the same day and still have never received a response from anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at pandora. I do not understand why someone would have to wait an hour to shop to only spend 5 minutes with an associate. There was also no seating so I had to stand an hour before being helped. When I asked an associate how I would know if they even had the items I wanted in stock she could not provide an answer. The other associates were helping people but those people had no clue what they wanted and were looking through catalogs while others who knew what they wanted had to wait. One associate helped a customer for 45 minutes while others had to wait to just buy one item. This set up was terrible and I had a terrible shopping experience.

Sales associate could have cared less. Did not have 3 of the 4 things I went to buy in stock after a 25 minute wait to be helped. Associate did not even offer to order out of stock items. He basically said most things did not look like they do online I got the idea they were not of very good quality. Very disappointed.

I had made a purchase at pandora 128 1/2 market st charleston sc 29401 while on vacation on 08/13/18 the bracelet was defected. the lady at pandora 3401 nicholsville,ky 40503 tried to repair it and refused to replace it because according to her it did not meet the qualifications for exchange even though i was within the time period and had my receipt.

I tried to return a safety charm that screws on I brought it in on my bracelet to demonstrate why I did not like it. I do not like it because when you get one side screwed on the other side screws off and slides all over the bracelet. In my opinion when the item was bought I should have been told that I would need to purchase clips to go on each side to keep them from moving. At that time the sales associate pretty much dismissed my concerns and said theres nothing she could do.

At this specific store, you apparently had to “sign in” on a yellow legal pad to be waited on. There was no sign stating this, and no one greeted me or informed me when I walked in the store. I was in the store for at least 10 min without an associate acknowledging me. I finally asked another customer why everyone was standing against the wall. She explained you couldn’t look at jewelry or be waited on until you signed in. I was in shock that you had to “check in/sign in” at a jewelry store. No greeting or acknowledgement at all! This process was so disorganized and I was beyond dissatisfied that even though I knew exactly what I came to purchase, I still had to wait 40 minutes before I could even look at merchandise. Not only that, but random people would walk in demanding to be next because they were allegedly skipped or marked of the yellow legal pad list. I will never go back to this specific pandora store again
