Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave some very good advice and suggestions. She had great ideas for future purchases. I really enjoyed my visit.

I came in to purchase a gift for my 10-year-old daughter and the sales associate was very helpful. Asked questions to help me find charms that were age-appropriate and would interest my daughter. The associate was also very knowledgeable which assisted me with choosing the correct bracelet size. Wonderful experience and my daughter loves her charm bracelet.

The staff that helped me were very friendly and engaging. We spoke about the charms I was interested in purchasing, and one of the staff members (may have been a supervisor) showed me hers. The other staff was very helpful in demonstrating how to class and unclasp the bracelet, which I kept failing at.
