From the moment we walked into the store, we were acknowledged and taken care of. The clasp on my bracelet has broken so I came in with the hope of getting it fixed and the lady helping us was on it. In less than 5 minutes she had it fixed. My mom was browsing and able to try things on that she had seen on the website. I am overall pleased with my experience and I will be returning.
