I was very satisfied with the sales associates immediate attention in greeting me and then working to get me the charms that I wanted. I was able to get customized charms for my recent travel. Everything was to my liking and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The customer service was on point. We are new to Pandora, she took the time and went over everything with us. She told us so much detail about each piece we were interested in. She was very welcoming and kind.

The sales rep took her timeand answered my questions on something I had seen on line.Plus we had a nice talk in general. She was very sweet.
