I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and the gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and knew what I wanted and helped me put my charm on my bracelet. I only wish I'd gotten his name. Thank you so much!

The associate was very knowledgeable of the products. She was very fast at getting the charms I was looking for. She offered to show me all the charms and didn’t act as if I was putting her out. I appreciate her so much.
