Although it was the holiday season, I waited in line for 5 minutes or less before being approached by an associate. The man was very responsive to my needs and quickly showed me styles the were to my liking. He sold me. I was out of the store in less then 10 minutes. Easy holiday shopping right there.

I had taken the picture of the charm before heading to the store, walked right in and was immediately greeted, I showed her the charm and she was so quick and helpful at pulling it out and making sure that it was the correct one I was looking for, asked if I needed any other help and quickly got me checked out.
