i was satisfied because i was able to get my grandma a gift. she likes charms but we couldn’t find one. then the sales associate recommended pernsonal engraving.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. they made sure everything was shown on a level that I could see each charm and merchandise. there was space for chair. I had brought my sister who had never been to

Associate new the merchandise. Helped with everything we wanted.

I had already did my homework online and knew what I was wanting to purchase. Once I was able to get assistance from associate the process went smooth and fast.

Lovely experience! I was able to go in quickly, locate what I wanted and purchase it within a few minutes. I will return!

Friendly employees when I walked in the store someone greeted me as soon as I came in and helped me with what I needed

The employee that assisted me to purchase a memory bracelet for my girlfriend was so sweet and understanding she found the perfect angel wings. She was so good I asked her to sneak and make one for my mother who was with me and I would come back and get it when I was alone I came back less than an hr later and she made the perfect bracelet. She had met my mother for 5 minutes and was able to perfectly design a silver and gold mixture with a horseshoe charm in memory of her father. This was my first time ever in a pandora store but bc of her I will be back and bring more customers with me. I hope you recognize her for the amazing employee and human she is.. Thank you.
