Pandora Jewelry

I purchase a charm for my wife every Christmas and occasionally during the year. The sales associate who waited on me(I believe her name was Victoria)was extremely helpful and had a very upbeat attitude. She made my experience very enjoyable.

I went to store two days in a roll on first visit 2 staff helped me with selections and ideas second visit i made selection, one employee wrapping , one employee doing transaction they are always friendly i go to store rather than on line because of the staff even though i have to drive 35 minutes each way

I was the first in the store on Sat. 11/27/21. The sales people were very friendly and very helpful. The nice young lady showed me all different types of items. I spent a little bit on money and was not pressured or put on the spot. When the sales lady was wrapping my boxes my wife came in and I had to purchase more items. The whole sales staff was very friendly and smiling the whole time I was there. This is the first time I made a purchase at the store. It was an great experience. Great crew at the store.

The sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above a beyond to make sure I got the product I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and searched for the products I ask for.

Customer service was exceptional.

The associates offered to help, but were not pushy at all. I was able to browse on my own terms, ask for help when I needed it, and complete my purchase easily. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The experience was great. Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection. She put pieces of jewelry together to show how they would look and allowed us to try them on. Seeing the pieces like that made our purchase easier.

Walking into Pandora I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. I was shown many options of charms which is what I was looking for. Then I was shown many choices of rings which I was also looking for, and 2 employees helped me a lot with picking out which one I liked most.
