The sales associate was friendly. She was very welcoming and explained everything to me being that it was my first time. She walked me through which bracelet was right for me.

Joyce N was very helpful to me. I had never shopped in Pandora before but was in the store from out of town buying a group gift for our Boss. Joyce took the time to give me details about the bracelet I was interested in purchasing and she showed me how the clasp worked and how to get the best fit. She also showed me different charms that were available in store and also which charms could be purchased online. She sent me home with a catalog too so it would help me pick out more charms. Joyce was great!

Everything was clean and sparkling! The specific item I wanted was there and employees knew where. Got in and out quickly!

Both Sue and Laura helped me with two engravable bracelets and had me out of there another happy customer! Thank you ladies!

I saw the midnight collection online. They had it in the store. In love with it. The sales associate were very nice and engaged my 5 year old. That’s a big for me. They let me take my time and built a bracelet with the new collection.

I called an spoke with salesperson name Abby. She was so helpful answering my questions and held the items for me to pick up. I arrived the next day an another salesperson was there an everything was in place just like Abby told me it would be. Excellent service from start to finish.

The lady’s in the store were so friendly and knowledgeable! I went in because my stone fell out of my ring and was so worried, the ladies couldn’t fix it so they replaced it for me! I wish I know the name of the head worker because she was just amazing! Even went back in there the next day so I could show some of my Disney world park exclusive charms and while there she fixed my bracelet

Abby just returned back to work from maternity leave and for years she has been a mere blessing in helping me as I so often reported along with all of the other great in store employees such as Kelsey and Stacy..
