Working with the Fayette Mall staff was great because they were so helpful. Everyone was so polite and helpful. They really helped us figure out how to hold the charm we wanted and had it waiting even though we were late!

The associate, Joyce, was very knowledgeable. She was very patient. She had good suggestions for me. She answered all my questions. She was a very pleasant person. She did not rush me and allowed me to take all the time I needed to make decisions. She had a good grasp on the merchandise and what works best.

Quick. Easy. Fun experience. We went in with one thing in mind but were able to go over a few options before landing on “the perfect one”

One reason why I was very satisfied with my experience is always the location. The location is very coveintent for me. When I walked in everyone greeted me if they were not already with a customer. Because I am a frequent shopper they made sure that I was up to date on the newest product in stock. What I would recommend for this particular location is having more bigger ring size in stock, with different variety like you do with the smaller ring size. You should be more accommodating, not every woman has small hands and fingers.
