Very satisfied. Great customer service

The staff at the Pandora store were great and very personable. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The bracelets we bought were in honor of our sister passing a couple of months prior. We bought a family bracelet and a heart charm with her name on it. It’s just beautiful. Our next visit we will add some of her favorite things to it so we can remember her.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the positive attitude of the sales person. He made me laugh and helped me find what I wanted quickly.

I am so glad that I chose to stop by the Fayetteville Mall Pandora Store. Ms. Tina assisted me with Grace and showed me many options to go along with the item I purchased. She also introduced me to the engraving services available. She is a 10/10 employee and I hope to shop with her in the future. Give her a raise!!!!!!!

The associate was friendly and helpful. My grandson was picking out a gift for his Mom so she was very patient with him and listened to him. Since we arrived early we were able to get waited on quickly.

Staff was very friendly. Service was fast and easy. All charms and bracelets were stocked and available.

The store was very busy and one of the associates was keeping track of all the customers coming in to be sure nobody was lost in the crowd when they needed help, very well organized even though the crowds were plenty!
