The staff was getting ready to close and noticed I was looking at a few charms, asked if I needed assistance and walked me in, and allowed me to purchase my items. I appreciate their dedication.

Lexington Kentucky Pandora is a great Pandora store recently I was in Sevierville Tennessee in the Tanger Outlet Mall Pandora and I was so dissatisfied with the poor service the sales representative for taking other people in front of us very rude and nasty I wouldn't have bought anything from them that was the first bad experience I've ever had with Pandora this visit was exceptional they offered assistance suggestions very nice

They where very nice. It didn’t take long for us to stand in line. They got us in and out every quick being a packed Saturday

The people were excellent.

I have alway been satisfied with any Pandora item I have purchased. The sales ladies are always nice and very informative.

I like the one on one customer assistance and the knowledge each associate has about the merchandise.

The same associate who helped me yesterday has helped me many times before and continues to be a blessing and a guiding light to me and even on one occasion she assisted me in the presence of my daughter and even in communication with my purchases involving and for other female friends and it has been a euphoric experience.

The mgr. Abby assisted me on both my visits to the store. She was very personable and knowledgeable of the products. Customer service was excellent.

The sales associate who assisted us went above and beyond to answer any questions and help us locate anything for our loved ones for a Christmas gift! She had only been working there for 2 to 3 weeks and was more knowledgeable than some of the other associates that had helped in the past. So very pleased.
