i called the day before to check on availability of item, went the next day to purchase. i was impressed with the store and the sales associate showed me item, it was 35% off for all items in store so i used the savings and purchased two other items. offered free gift wrap, thanked me and asked me if i needed anything else, staff was great

I went to Pandora because I needed to exchange a bracelet that I had bought to small. The lady was very helpful with the exchange and was very quick about it and she even showed me more charms that went with the bracelet that I ended up buying. Very helpful and I am grateful for her patience with me.
