Recently I bought a couple of charms for my daughter as a birthday gift. The mgr was kind enough to hold one for me till I got off work. My daughter was interested in adding to her bracelet and once again they accommodated us and told us who to ask for to inspect her jewelry and made reasonable suggestions to us.

I was wanting a promise ring for myself and as soon as a store employee found me, and I told them what I was looking for, she was very fast to bring me the collection that was right for me! Any questions asked, she answered, and was way more helpful than I expected.

Staff assisted me in locating appropriate charms. Suggested another $5 purchase to get the free gift. Bagged it all up for a birthday gift.
