Pandora Jewelry

I brought in my 7 yr old daughter for her birthday to add charms to her collection on her existing bracelet. The ladies were so extremely kind and very patient with allowing her to pick out the 3 charms she wanted. This experience for her made her feel extremely special and all 3 of my daughters love all Pandora offers!

Our sales associate Morgan T. was excellent. It was her first week of working at the store but she made us feel comfortable in our purchase and didnt pressure us to make a purchase. We were buying and building a new bracelet for my wife to celebrate our sons marriage this past May.

The associate I was working with was so helpful. She gave me new ideas to work with a ring I had brought prior to, in the incorrect size. She suggested to stack it in the near future. I definitely will be trying that! She also helped me get the right size ring as I made a new purchase.

The woman in the store was so kind! She immediately greeted us when we walked in the store and asked what we we were looking for and helped us pick some stuff out for my mom! She did not try to up sell us, just gave honest opinions! I walked out with two very high quality pieces of jewelry and am very satisfied with my visit!

Abby associate in Fayette Mall Lexington Ky., called as soon as charm, I wanted for a gift, was available. She delivered it to our car, we are high risk and choose not to go in retail stores, now! Thx to Abby we were able to get a graduation gift charm. Thank you!!
