I love the selection that is offered at Pandora. No matter what you are looking for I'm sure you will find something there that will fit your need, weather it is for a birthday, anniversary, or some other special occasion.

The sales associate was very patient and kind working with us.

After holiday merchandise was lower but I found exactly what I needed. I live out of town so I won’t be returning to this store but I was highly satisfied. I’m a Pandora customer so I’ll be returning to my store I’m Baton Rouge.

Kasey was amazing and knowledgeable and very friendly. She is the only reason for a Good review. The rest of the staff was lazy and incompetent, except for one girl who greeted us and explained the sale. The other 3 young clerks who had no customers were clearly too busy chatting ignored us, except to stare at us then turn to each other and mumble. Had Kasey not come out of the back and helped us, we hold have left the store and I would have never stepped foot in Pandora again. THREE sales clerks stood and talked and stared at my daughter and I until my teenager finally made a snarky face back at them. They never once offered to help and we were standing at the ring counter waiting to see something for more than 3-4 mins. From someone who worked retail management for over 20 years 3-4 mins is not acceptable unless you are extremely busy. They literally sat and talked to each other and did nothing else. Kasey cape from the back, was working on the computer then looked up and asked if we needed help within 10 seconds of walking out. She was fantastic and deserves all the credit for the good parts of this review.
