I called before I went in store to make sure the necklace I wanted was in stock. I was able to immediately talk to an associate and she found the necklace right away. She was very helpful and it it didn't take long to pick everything up.

My experience was amazing, i purchased my first bracelet today and Brittani S. Took GREAT care of me. I was shopping with a price range and she made all my vision of my starter braclet come to life. Can't wait to add more beautiful charms!

I told the sales person what I was looking for. She showed me my options. It was very difficult to decide which one was best. I was glad I did go to the store because an online purchase wouldn't have worked as well.

Where it was a weekday, the store wasn't as busy as if it were a weekend/holiday! So the ease of getting with an associate was easy. I also knew what I was looking for, so I mentioned it to them and they got all the charms out that resembled that. So it was just easy, quick, and the staff was friendly.

Store is convenient and beautiful with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Merchandise is high quality and beautiful.

This visit was probably one of my best visits to the Pandora of Fayette Mall. The staff was so nice that the salesperson who helped me was amazing.
