Sales associate, Bailey, very helpful & nice

While the sales associate that helped me was in training she was knowledgeable and very helpful.

It was my first visit to a store and the associate was very helpful in finding a charm for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I gave her a few ideas of what I was looking for and she brought out several different options to choose from.

Joyce and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable about the products that were available. They had something in stock that fulfilled my need, located it easily, and discussed the product with me. They took the effort to ensure that it was cleaned, well-presented, and gift-wrapped for me.

They wrapped my gift for me. The sales associate said I couldn’t view some of the charms because of a new rule you have? That probably effected my purchase some. I don’t understand why I couldn’t view all of them but whatever. I like what I got.

I felt very welcome at this store. The sales rep Joyce was extremely knowledgeable with the jewelry. I was thanked many times for doing business with them.

I always love shopping in this store. Sunny was wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable of the products.
