The associate that was working was very friendly and knowledgable! She explained different ways to put the charms on a bracelet and also told me about the necklaces, rings, an opener and cleaning cloths! My visit to the Pandora Store at the Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY was a pleasurable experience and I will definately refer others to that store!

Sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. While other associates were too busy putting rings away to help us. Our sales associate was the only one interested. She was very impressive.
