I got a pandora bracelet for Christmas two years ago. I had it on to work and the clasp opened and I lost it. I had had problems with the clasp since the day I got it. This Christmas I got enough money to replace it but not the same charms were available. The saleswoman helped me get as close as I could with the money I had and now finally they offered a safety chain so I wouldn’t have to worry about losing it, it’s not the same or as many charms but with her help I was able to get at least a few charms.
