This is my 2nd trip to the store and everything was great. The sales girl knew what I was asking and looking for. And we got in and out quick.

I am highly satisfied with this Pandora experience because everyone was very professional and helpful. They were courteous. All my questions were answered. They were very patient with me. I know I can order Pandora online, but I would not give up the pleasant buying experience that I had with the employees at the Fayette Mall Pandora store in Lexington, Kentucky.

I was able to get all my Christmas charms on sale.

Haylee/Hayley assisted my mother, my sister, and myself find 3 perfect rings for us. Without her kindness and assistance, I doubt we would have even made a purchase. I cannot express how much I truly appreciated her kindness and compassion during this visit. She was very knowledgeable of Pandora’s products, and helped all three of us find our perfect ring size. I was very pleased with this visit to Pandora. I hope Haylee/Hayley receives recognition for being such a fantastic employee.
